About Course
Making effective change for another individual underpins the core essence of being a coach. Concentrated efforts are necessary to precipitate change, and this is achieved in a mutual goal setting process with the individual. Ensuring goals are measurable, timely, and accessible with an appropriate action plan, allow for coaches to motivate, and walk alongside the individual to guide their success in achievement.
Reflected in this module are concepts for setting goals, managing the intervention of goal setting, team engagement and the partnership of the individual with the coach in achieving outcomes.
