Provent is an online course which was designed to meet the need for support workers who are seeking to address the needs of individuals with complex behaviours. Provent has been successful in proactively managing clients who present with challenging behaviour.

This module presents an introductory taster into the key principles of Provent and intervention, insight into why challenging behaviour might occur, and how to pragmatically and safely manage situations for all parties involved.
